Palmer & Co. was established in 1994 and we continue to build on our reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike.

Members of the team include:

Brian Palmer FMAAT ATT (Fellow) - Managing Director
Brian qualified as an Accounting Technician (AAT) in 1987 and shortly after as a Taxation Technician (ATT). With tax being his speciality, he is the ideal person to advise on all aspects of personal and business tax planning. As a representative of the AAT he advises the Inland Revenue nationally on operational matters.

Julie Phillips
Julie has been with Palmer & Co since 1999.  As Practice Manager she is responsible for both the office and tax compliance administration.

Mable Hui
Mable is an experienced bookkeeper having previously worked within various industries. She handles our client bookkeeping as well as the day to day running of payroll. Mable joined Palmer & Co in 2005 and has recently passed her AAT payroll diploma NVQ3.

Maria Stone
Maria is an experienced administrator and became part of the team in 2008. Maria fulfils the varied roles of receptionist and secretary as well as assisting Julie with tax compliance administration.

Stephanie Moore MAAT
Steph joined Palmer & Co in 2010 from a financial background. She is AAT qualified and responsible for company secretarial work as well as overseeing the organisation of accounts production, client bookkeeping and payroll.

Joanna Ostrega
Joanna, our newest recruit, is an experienced bookkeeper currently working towards the AAT qualification. She is responsible for the organisation of accounts production and assists Mable with our client bookkeeping and the operation of day to day payroll.
